Since then Ollie has established himself as one of Ireland’s best cocktail makers and has contributed his
talents to such shows as RTE's Secrets with the late Gerry Ryan, The Late Late Show and Ireland AM and has
also created fantastic cocktails while representing the Jameson Dublin Film Festival.
